The first challenge of Dream.Build.Play has been issued. Make a mod of the spacewar starter kit.
I almost immediately got an idea to do something that I've wanted to do every since I "saw" this game. I suppose I should stop there for fear of disclosing too much ... but anyone with half a brain should be able to figure out where I'm going ;-)
It's quite a short period of time, and my idea is somewhat lofty ... but if I can pull it off it would be the realization of a personal goal so I'm pretty stoked about it. Thankfully, they've stated on the forums that non-participation in this challenge won't affect your standings in the main competition. So worst case scenario, no harm is done if I can't finish this idea in time :-)
