According to Scotsman.com, skateboarding will be on the curriculums.
"SCHOOL pupils are to be given at least two hours of physical education every week within four years as part of the Scottish Executive's drive to combat childhood obesity, it was announced yesterday."
Man, that is so awesome ... I wish someone here in the states would drive to combat childhood obesity. Thankfully I've been blessed enough to avoid that being an issue with myself or my kids, but according to The Reports™, america is the phattest fattest nation in the world. Wouldn't it be awesome if the bar was raised so that every kid that got through school would at least be physically able to ride a skateboard (disability stricken children excused of course)?
