Since I've been working so much on Community MX (which as you know is written in Coldfusion), I've started to explore the java integration in CFMX.
Now, before you go freakin out or something, I'm still not abandoning .NET, not by a long shot. But seeing as how Java has been around so long and doesn't seem to be going away, I figured I may as well know it.
Anyways, it's so similar to C# (or the other way around rather), that I'm pretty comfortable with most of the concepts I've come across so far. I've been reading Java for ColdFusion Developers by Eben Hewitt [Prentice Hall] which so far has been pretty good with targeted material.
can't wait to get a bit further into the book, there's a few things I've done in .NET that I want to port over to Java just cuz ;-)
