This memo states that Java should not be used for internal projects.
That's pretty bad when it's own company won't use it internally. The .NET framework is so much better than java (I'm not biased or anything). The only thing I see as a problem is that the framework download is so big ... 20megs!? It's a pain trying to get someone to try out your program if they don't have it installed because you've got to tell them to download and install this huge file.
Oh well ... the next version of windows will have it natively :-)
