Lately, I've been revisiting some of the projects I've worked on in the past year or two, and it's amazing how far the web has come.
Well, perhaps that last statement was a bit misleading, sure there have been developments in the web world like new browsers, and w3c standards coming into the limelight ... but it amazes me how far I have come. Hoping this doesn't sound like I'm tootin my own horn here, I amaze myself at some of the stupid things I was doing in my code as little as 6 or 7 months ago. And to look at some of the html I produced then is to induce stomach spazms.
The one thing I have learned is that education is a non-stop pursuit. Keeping yourself in the loop is an endless battle against the hordes of new technologies and techniques ...
